Yesterday I spoke about the importance of Quality of information to our consultants - Whether it is Project Management or Business Analysis, the core focus remains change enablement. To ensure desire outcomes are met, reporting needs are understood. In the end, it’s all about the information we provide to the PMO or higher management. Integrity of information is critical while reporting. Any data integrity issue will lead to delay in decision or wrong decision.
