What is PMP-

What is Agile-

5 steps for a PMP Certified Project Manager-

Monitoring the Project- Project Monitoring is a method of keeping track of all project-related statistics like team performance, task time frame, identifying potential issues, and taking appropriate measures to ensure that the project stays on track. Project Monitoring entails overseeing all tasks and project activities.

5. Closure- The final phase of a project management lifecycle is Project Closure. A project team reviews the outcomes of a project by comparing and testing the project’s eventual goal. The outcomes are then discussed with the project’s clients.

5 Steps in Agile Methodology-

1. Project Planning- Just like every Project, Agile methodology projects need to be planned before initiating any steps. The goal of Agile Project Management is to make it convenient to resolve changes or additions to the project plans in order for them to not be considered immutable.

2. Creating a Project Roadmap- Creating a roadmap of the project helps by making a list of features that need to be included in the final product. Since a project team builds the features noted by themselves, this becomes an important step in the Agile Methodology. The team may also be needed to create a product backlog list that will be needed for the final product.

3. Constructing the Projects- Agile methodology focuses on delivering prototype results more frequently in order to collect regular feedback. This practice run makes the team effective enough to make changes as per the current situation/demands.

4. Managing a Product’s Backlog- After each iteration in Project-based on Agile concepts, the results for the modified version must be recalculated and compared with the previous version. Implementing this step helps the team to stay clear and definite on a project’s goal.

5. Final Discussion- This is the final phase of a Project based on Agile Methodologies. Before concluding a Project, the team must sit down and discuss all the outcomes of their work. An overview of the project before presenting it in front of the client gives the team a clear idea and visualization of their work. Agile imparts that last-minute suggestions play a vital role in the execution of a project and a quick discussion with the team prior to its presentation improves the quality.
