I have never been the smartest or the most talented person, neither do I wish to be known as one.
I succeed because I keep going and going and going. There is a fine balance between reality and the expectations. I know that people have expectations from me it is my responsibility to not just meet them but mostly surpass them.
This is primarily the reason why in 2 years we have over 200 consultants working with us and the phenomenal growth we have experienced.
