I am working with this bunch of motivated individuals. My message to them today:
Folks: I commend you on your effort.
To be successful in life we must reduce wasted effort, and the only way to achieve this is to become productive. To be productive we must deliberately use our time, intellect and energy to maximize positive outcomes in out lives.
If you have decided to become a Business Analyst, then everything must be done to be the "Best Business Analyst".
Trust the process and dive into the subject of business analysis, trust me results will come. This is a huge change and shift and change is not easy because it leads to patterns of life challenged like never before
As King Whitney Jr. said:
"Change has a considerable psychological impact on the human mind. To the fearful it is threatening because it means that things may get worse. To the hopeful it is encouraging because things may get better. To the confident it is inspiring because the challenge exists to make things better"
Truly, next few weeks will be testament to your growth into this profession as you will continue to be diligent, aware and goal oriented. We will continue to honestly put in hard work and remain accountable most importantly to our own self.
