Effective Stakeholder management is what binds the project delivery. Best project managers focus on this aspect from day 1 on the project. The idea however is not just managing stakeholders but also understanding the underlying expectations associated with Stakeholder requirements.
Just meeting stakeholder’s requirements is not sufficient to achieve Stakeholder satisfaction. In best project outcomes requirements are delivered with their underlying expectations.
