At Education Edge Canada our course starts with mutual understanding and baselining  expectations. For all our courses, we have established a protocol. 

We have 10 rules, below are Rule #8, Rule #9 and Rule #10 from the course-

Rule #8: Learn to manage your limitations and constraints. Don't limit yourself, sometimes we don't even know what our capability are. Explore the idea of knowing yourself. It is not as scary as you think.

Rule #9: 

Love yourself for what you are, understand your shortcomings and be prepared to address them. Bring positive energy to the class and don't ask questions that are sheer waste of time that no one except you will benefit from. Business Analysis is not a debate, fortunately some folks have already done the hard work and established the Business Analysis Standard (BABOK) by forming  common understanding. Debate on Standard of Business Analysis is excluded as a part of our course’s scope.
