My take has always been Agile is a philosophy rather than a methodology. CBAP teaches you a comprehensive tool set which can be applied to any project regardless of the methodology. That said having a Agile qualification will help you get a role as industry considers it pure magic but in my experience the analyst's job doesn't really differ between the two methodologies.
