When I became a consultant, money was one of the motivating factors, organizations knew me well but I don’t think I knew myself. And when I found myself, discovered what I was passionate about, I knew then, MONEY was not the motivation anymore. Money doesn't thrill me or make me better at what I do, because there are benefits to being wealthy.
Now I run successful businesses Brice’s out of my passion, but the best time I spent is in a class room interacting with people who seek progression. My motivation and passion comes from those 3 hours I spend in a classroom every Saturday, this is the time when I build my greatest partnerships as I know I am investing in future.
