Some tips if I may:
1. if the question is too long read last 2 lines to understand what is the ask
2. OPTION that states SOMETHING MUST be done is usually wrong.
3. Try mapping question to the knowledge area and the relevant process group. The intersection of knowledge area and the process group may provide you greater insight.
4. Stop guessing start thinking- use your knowledge base
5. Don’t choose unknown options or don’t choose something that you haven’t heard about. Use your knowledge base.
